Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that Title             
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so

liquidated damages and attorney fees for minimum wage and

Representative Parnell moved and asked unanimous consent that he be            
allowed to abstain from voting due to a possible conflict of interest.
